Online Counselling via Teams

Based in Banstead, Surrey, I offer online counselling and sessions via Teams. Sessions take place on a weekly basis, on the same day and time each week. This gives you the consistency and reassurance that you have a regular time to fully focus on you and your needs.

NHS research and many studies have proven that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face but with the benefits of extra flexibility, saving time travelling and having the session in your own comfort.

To ensure confidentiality I do ask that you ensure you are somewhere private for your session.

Online counselling allows me to reach clients across the UK, including the near locations of Banstead, Chipstead, Epsom, Sutton, Coulsdon, Kingswood, Carshalton and Ewell.

I have carried out additional training in online and telephone training to ensure I meet the competency framework set by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
