Sessions and Fees

You may find the decision to come to counselling difficult or daunting, so I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call, before we meet, to help reassure you and to find out what you expect, or would like to achieve through counselling. This will also give you the chance to ask any initial questions you may have for me.

Sessions take place on a weekly basis on the same day and at the same time each week.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £60 for in person sessions and £55 for online. This is payable 48 hours in advance.

I offer face-to-face sessions from my comfortable private counselling room in Banstead. Free on-street parking is available and I am a 5 minute walk from the 166 bus route.

Online video sessions also available meaning you can access me from anywhere in the UK.
