Sessions and Fees

You may find the decision to come to counselling difficult or daunting, so I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call, before we meet. This will give you the chance to ask any initial questions you may have and tell me a little about what brings you to counselling. Hopefully it will also give you an idea if I seem to be the right counsellor for you.

Sessions take place at the same time each week, giving you the safety of knowing that time is set aside purely for you each week.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £60. This is payable 48 hours in advance.

I offer face-to-face sessions from my comfortable private counselling room in Banstead. Free on-street parking is available and I am a 5 minute walk from the 166 bus route.

Online video sessions also available meaning you can access me from anywhere in the UK.
